FOTD with Rouge Bunny Rouge

Ever since I bought my Rouge Bunny Rouge eyeshadows a couple of weeks ago (review HERE) that's all I've been wearing. You might think a couple of weeks is a short time in the eyeshadow-world, but trust me, when you have more eyeshadows than there are days in a year (ok, slight exaggeration), anything worn for more than 3 consecutive days is a long time!

Anyway, my favourite way to wear it is by wearing Snowy Egret on the lid and inner corner of the eye, and Delicate Hummingbird in the crease, outer corner and on bottom lashline. Some days I'll line my eyes with a gel eyeliner, sometimes I'll just smudge a pencil for a lived-in smokey look.

The full makeup breakdown is as follows.

Face

I'm wearing an old favourite, Maybelline Dream Matte Mousse foundation in Nude, as it gives perfect coverage and negates the need for a concealer. I've then done a light dusting of The Make Up Store powder foundation in Stockholm on my t-zone to make sure I don't get shiny during the day. On cheeks I'm wearing Tarte Amazonian Clay blush in Dollface.

Eyes

I'm wearing RBR Snowy Egret on the lid and inner corner, RBR Delicate Hummingbird in the crease and bottom lash line, and I've lined my eyes with Rimmel Gel Eyeliner in Black. On my lashes I'm wearing Essence Big Lashes mascara in Black.

Lips

On lips I've got on MAC lipstick in Up The Amp. This is such a gorgeous purple shade but I tend to only wear this during the colder months, or when it's raining. On a sunny day it looks a bit out of place.
