I know it's meant to be no longer cool to match your polish and lippy, but then again I never claimed to be cool! So here it is, this is the polish I think matches it so well.
Sally Hansen Complete Salon Manicure in "I Pink I Can"
I came across this at my local Priceline store a few days ago, I don't know if it's a new shade or if I just hadn't paid attention to it before but either way I was completely enamored by the bright warm toned pink colour. And the fact that it matches Viva Glam Nicki is just a bonus!

The formula is lovely and creamy and I achieved an opaque coverage in 2 coats. I've been wearing them for 4 days now and they're still going strong with not a chip in sight.
Do you like matching your nail polish to your lipstick?
Loooveee that colour, such a pretty, vibrant pink. I usually go for pastels or glitter polishes, so it's a little hard to match with lipstick :p I think this combination works well, especially as both are an accent/pop of colour.

DeleteI think it's totally cool to match your lips and nails. It's just not required. And I really like the nails! Have you also tried out Chen Man Force of Love by MAC? It's similar to Nicki, but a little bit brighter. I ended up going with that color, although I might still head back down and get Nicki. I don't know! It's hard to justify two similar colors, but they are both so pretty.

Oh I totally have my eye on the Force of Love lippy but it's not released here in Australia yet... plus like you I don't know if I can justify getting similar colours, especially since I've only had VG Nikki for a short time. Hmmm the dilemma! LOL.

ReplyDeleteOmg I love your blog! Nicky Vivaglam is really hot! Another nail polish that goes well with it is Nicky Minaj's new OPI nail polish collection. There's a pink one that goes perfect with the lipstick.
