Guest Review - Tom Ford Cheek Color in Savage

Today's post is by the lovely Sharleena from Marked Beauty blog. She is a part-time freelance makeup artist and university student from Brisbane who is obsessed with make up, beauty and fashion. When not busy working or studying, she is hunting out the latest products, brightest shades and best finds. And that's why she's perfect to review this Tom Ford Cheek Color on Makeup and Macaroons.

Hey all,

I was so flattered when Lilit asked me to do a guest post for her blog. Firstly, she is one of the first bloggers that I discovered and started reading; and secondly, the product she wanted me to review was a Tom Ford Cheek Color. I have a few Tom Ford lipsticks, but have never picked up a blush of theirs before - so I was definitely excited for this review. Lilit sent me the shade Savage, a gorgeous bronze toned shade that is perfect for my complexion.

Because of the Tom Ford name and reputation, I had high expectations of this blush before it even arrived, and reviewed this with my standards set high. I must say, this blush lived up to each and every one of my expectations and it will be treasured in my collection for years to come!
The luxe Tom Ford packaging

What I Love
  • Highly pigmented and very buildable.
  • Wonderful shade - adds gorgeous colour to the cheeks, but doesn’t overpower.
  • Formulated wonderfully! Creamy, easy to blend, and long-lasting.
  • The texture is amazing!
  • When it does start to fade, it does so evenly.
  • The packaging is absolutely divine!

What I Don’t
  • I really love everything about this blush!

Where to Buy: Selected David Jones stores
Price: $85AUD

Final thoughts
This blush is the perfect shade for all the lovely ladies out there with darker skin, and I have found that it definitely adds a little something to a natural day look.

Everyone has their different opinions on more expensive products and whether they are worth it, but for me personally this blush would be worth the price. Although this blush is on the pricey side, it is of amazing quality and a little goes a long way - which means that it will last you for years to come!

I hope you enjoyed reading this, and it really was a pleasure to bring this guest review to all of you!
